Located in Villavicencio (Colombia), situated on Saddlery street in the downtown area. Saddlery street is well known for the production and sale of leather items. The owners requested a building design to include six retail stores and as much office space as possible. I designed the commercial building and achieved the following results:

• A contemporary building that is unique and will stand up on the street.

• Created retail and office space to provide cross ventilation and natural lighting.

• The ground level includes six retail stores, the building entrance, stairwell, spacious restrooms and a restaurant with seating outdoor on a patio.

• The patio floor consists of textured store surrounded by gravel, an extensive green wall with a fountain lines one side of the patio and a peaceful zen garden is situated under the stairwell.

• The second and third floors include eleven offices, restrooms and balcony on both floors.

• The façade consists of seven different colors alluding to the various colors of leather produced.
